The study of vegetation in the influence zone of the Kirov-Chepetsk chemical plant using ground-based and space-based observational research methods

The article provides data on the state of vegetation in the area of the Kirovo-Chepetsk chemical plant, using ground-based observations and space research methods. Plant species differences in heavy metals and nitrogen compounds accumulation were found out. Using space images, as well as building thematic maps based on that have allowed to reveal the dynamics of vegetation indices for pine, deciduous forest and meadow phytocenoses.
