The ORTO-R questionnaire is a research tool for assessing orthorexic thoughts and behaviors. This research tool has been culturally adapted and validated in the Polish population. The ORTO-R includes six items. Each item is answered on a five-point Likert scale (1—"never", 2—"rarely", 3—"sometimes", 4—"often", 5—"always"). The total score ranges from 6 to 30. A higher score indicates a higher intensity of orthorexic thoughts and behaviors.
