ChEMBL grounding audit of ingredient–hub-target pairs in herbal network pharmacology

Companion dataset and code for the manuscript "Enumerated versus evidenced: a protocol-guided ChEMBL audit of ingredient–hub-target pairs in herbal network pharmacology" (Xinmeng Ma, Jia Guo; School of Medical Information Engineering, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine). Contains the pair-level tables (13,278 own-table rows; 3,286 sentence-derived rows), the 212-row grounded-pair evidence table, the ChEMBL ingredient-name map (1,657 names), the recovered active-component lists for 50 studies, the target-swap permutation null (2,000 draws, seed 20261026), and the analysis scripts.
