Evolve and resequence study of Saccharomyces uvarum adapting to growth at high temperature.

In this study, S. uvarum was propogated at high temperature for ~700 generations. The goal of this study was to test how far the upper thermal growth limit could be pushed and to determine the genetic changes that accompanied thermal adaptation. This project contains WGS of the ancestral strain (YJF3904) and a clone isolated from the evolving population (YJF4665) with increased thermotolerance.
