The data demonstrate the influence of surfactant concentration and the addition of polyelectrolyte on the thinning (drainage) velocity of thin liquid film (TLF) formed during the collision between a rising bubble and a free surface at at the distance of 1cm.. The attached data present film thickness as a function of time for two types of experiments:pure surfactants: ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) and rhamnolipids (RH)polyelectrolyte/surfactant compositions:poly-L-glutamic acid (PGA)/ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) mixturepoly-L-lysine (PLL)/rhamnolipids (RH).The thinning dynamics of the foam thin film formed between colliding bubble and the free surface were monitored using the Dynamic Fluid-Film Interferometer (DFI).
