To better understand functions of LPD-3, we assessed how lpd-3 mutations alone impact gene expression changes. We performed RNA sequencing (RNAseq) to compare transcriptomes of wild type versus lpd-3 mutants cultivated at 20 oC. The results identify transcriptome-wide gene regulatory changes in lpd-3 mutants.
