Bulk RNA-seq profiling of human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) with primary tumors and metastatic lymph nodes

This bulk RNA-seq data serves as a testing dataset for a new computational framework MONTAGE that takes an input of integrated atlas of single-cell spatial proteomics and scRNA-seq to study spatial community composition changes along functional enrichment gradient in tissue. This bulk RNA-seq dataset was generated from proximal tissue sections used for profiling spatial proteomics and was used to test the robustness of spatial community identification against the paired spatial proteomics data.
