Transcriptomic data showed that the expression of genes related to apoptosis, regulation of cell division, ethylene biosynthesis, alginate synthesis, and alcoholic fermentation was up-regulated after waterlogging, providing energy for the regeneration of ARs. Additionally, genes related to ethylene, auxin and abscisic acid signaling pathways showed different responses to waterlogging stress.
