Transcriptome atlas of 34 goose tissues

The studies of goose gene expression and evolution among different vertebrates by comparative transcriptome, not only help us in deeply understanding theevolutionary relationships, but also promote us in revealing the molecular geneticmechanism on various characteristics or traits of different species. We collected 34 tissues to perform lncRNAseq to explore the characteristics of goose.
