ChIP-seq was performed to identify the target genes of YBX1 regulated by CSRP1 in cancer-associated fibroblasts in HGSOC We performed ChIP-seq analysis of primary human cancer-associated fibroblasts infected with lentiviral vectors expressing CSRP1 and empty vector control using anti-YBX1 antibodies. Cancer-associated fibroblasts were isolated from omentum tissues of HGSOC patients with omentum metastasis.
