Dataset and Source Code Related to Risk Identification Using a Hybrid Model of BERT-IndoBERT with Random Forest

This source contains a dataset of user feedback reviews that were collected through a crawling process at the Google Play Store. ISP management has manually labeled the data to make it more strategic and meet company needs. The data was collected from user feedback reviews between March 4th and 15th, 2024, and only reviews with a rating between 1 and 3 were scraped.
