RNA (poly(A)+ fraction) was isolated from WT and Carma-3XpA mouse embryonic stem cells at the undifferetiated and differentiated (d3, d6 and d96 days; using the hanging drop model) state. Profiling of the transcritome at these stages of differentiation using deep RNA sequencing allows identifying modulated coding and noncoding transcripts upon induction of differentiation. RNA profiling of mouse embryonic stem cells at undifferentiated and differentiated state. The analysis was performed on WT and Carma-3XpA/+ embryonic stem cells at undifferentiated (d0) and differentiated state (d3, d6 and d10). For each, three biological replicates were used.
