Rootstocks modulate scion gene expression through interaction with the local environment

This data set is meant to support the manuscript entitled "Rootstocks modulate scion gene expression through interaction with the local environment" currently hosted at: []. In this work, we measured gene expression in leaves and reproductive tissues from 72 vines measured 9 times over three years. Sequence data are hosted on NCBI's SRA (PRJNA674915 and PRJNA915033). This dataset provides additional metadata, partially analyzed intermediate files, environmental data, and a version of persistence for the code use in the study.
