OC DFIRM Base Flood Elevation

<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Base Flood Elevation feature class was obtained from the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA's) contractors, FMSM, in August, 2006. The data was then updated in November, 2022 from FEMA’s website. This line feature class represents the base flood elevations present in the Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) database. The maps are effective as of September 29, 2006 . The scale of the data collection is 1:12,000.
