B cell repertoire sequencing of seasonal influenza vaccine response including bulk cell subsets (memory B cells, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, etc) and influenza HA-specific antibody secreting cells and activated B cells to define the roles of activated B cells and antibody secreting cells in vaccine responses and to explore the origin and fate of these cell subsets.
