Fused Geospatial Dataset of Road Infrastructure and Climate Hazards for Victoria, Australia

This dataset integrates road infrastructure and climate hazard data for 7,579 road links in Victoria, Australia, supporting the Road Infrastructure Climate Risk Assessment Framework (RICRAF). It combines open-source road data from DataVic (traffic volume, pavement condition, road width and number of lanes) with climate indicators from the Australian Climate Service (extreme rainfall, temperature, drought) across baseline (GWL-1.2°C) and projected scenarios (GWL-1.5°C, 2.0°C, 3.0°C). The GeoJSON dataset (EPSG:3111, ~28 MB) adheres to FAIR principles: Findable (DOI), Accessible (open repository), Interoperable (GeoJSON), and Reusable (CC-BY 4.0 license). Applications include climate risk modelling and infrastructure adaptation planning, with transferability to other regions. Accompanying code and metadata are available on GitHub.
