Ecosystem multifunctionality and its stability

The three years study showed a threshold influence of N-input on species diversity, microbial biomass, multifunctionality, and stability. N input had direct and indirect impacts on multifunctionality but only indirect effects on stability. The MBC is a key determinant of multifunctionality and stability. MBC may serve as a strategy to maintain the multifunctionality and resilience of tropical grassland.
