Survey of housing, energy consumption and refurbishment in Vietnam.

This dataset contains data collected during a housing survey conducted in 2016, as part of Phan Anh Nguyen PhD Thesis project.It is being made public both to act as supplementary data for publications and the PhD thesis of Phan Anh Nguyen and in order for other researchers to use this data in their own work.This research project was made possible by a grant from the Vietnamese Government Scholarship 911.

本数据集收录了2016年开展的一项住房调查所采集的数据，该调查系Phan Anh Nguyen博士学位论文项目的组成部分。本数据集对外公开，一是可为相关学术出版物及Phan Anh Nguyen的博士学位论文提供补充数据，二是可供其他研究人员将其应用于自身研究工作。本研究项目得以顺利实施，得益于越南政府911奖学金（Vietnamese Government Scholarship 911）的资助。
