Data set: Transitioning from Si to SiGe Nanowires as Thermoelectric Material in Silicon-Based Microgenerators

This dataset contains the data that areshown in the figures supporting the research presented in the paper 'Transitioning from Si to SiGe Nanowires as Thermoelectric Material in Silicon-Based Microgenerators'. These data takes the form of an image and several electrical characterization plots. The information is given in two files. One si an Excel file containing the raw data of said electrical characterization plots. The other is a Word document, wich contains the description of the data items and the experimetnal conditions under which they were obtained.
