High-Throughput Multiomics Profiling of Model Systems Using the AVITI24 Platform (Lopez et al.)

This dataset contains bulk RNA-seq, 10x single-cell RNA-seq, and AVITI24-based targeted transcriptomic measurements generated from HeLa cells stimulated with TNFα. Data correspond to experiments described in Lopez et al. (2025). Raw FASTQ files (bulk RNA-seq), processed single-cell matrices (CellRanger outputs), and transcript-level count matrices (RawCellStats) are included.
