The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented health crisis that needs to be overcome collectively, the participation of territories and citizens is essential to meet this challenge. Also, the health crisis has changed our relationship with businesses that have been very impacted. This is one of the reasons why the European Metropolis of Lille (MEL) is launching a recovery plan for the metropolitan economy. It is as part of the reflections on the future of commerce on its territory that the MEL is asking its inhabitants/users/citizens to better understand their practices, habits and consumption needs. This survey is part of a broader diagnosis used to inform our metropolis’ commercial strategy.
