硕士毕业论文,采用微管监测法、全挖法和根钻法对马尾松根系形态生长规律进行探究。采用微管监测法,在马尾松苗圃地中对不同岩性土壤下和不同种源马尾松根系形态生长进行动态监测,研究根系形态指标的动态变化,包括根长、根表面积、根体积、根平均直径等指标;采用全挖法明晰不同种源的根系形态生长规律、根形态生长分别与地上部形态生长和土壤养分间的相关关系性;采用“S”型根钻取样(包括根系样和土壤样),探究两马尾松两林木间根系的形态分布状况及其与相应土壤养分的关系;充分了解马尾松根系的生长形态规律,为马尾松发挥根系效益及开展根系调控、制定合理栽培措施等工作提供参考依据。

This master's thesis investigates the growth patterns of root morphology of *Pinus massoniana* using three experimental methods: minirhizotron monitoring, whole-root excavation, and root coring. Using the minirhizotron monitoring method, dynamic monitoring was conducted in the Pinus massoniana nursery plot to track the root morphological growth of Pinus massoniana under soils with different lithologies and from different provenances, aiming to examine the dynamic changes of root morphological indices including root length, root surface area, root volume, average root diameter and other related indicators. The whole-root excavation method was employed to elucidate the root morphological growth patterns of different provenances, as well as the respective correlations between root morphological growth and aboveground morphological growth, and between root morphological growth and soil nutrients. Additionally, "S-shaped" root coring sampling (including both root samples and soil samples) was adopted to explore the morphological distribution of roots between two Pinus massoniana trees and their correlations with the corresponding soil nutrients. This study aims to fully understand the growth and morphological rules of Pinus massoniana roots, providing a reliable reference basis for exerting the beneficial functions of the root system of Pinus massoniana, conducting root system regulation, formulating rational cultivation measures and other relevant work.
