This dataset contains the waveform data supporting the manuscript "Investigation of Position-Dependent Signal Propagation Delay in Large-Pitch AC-LGAD Using a Two-Dimensional Transmission-Line Model" submitted to Sensors. The waveform dataset contains laser-scan waveforms measured at different positions on the AC-LGAD sensor. The processed datasets include averaged waveforms, arrival-time-versus-distance ROOT files, and mean arrival-time maps used for the analyses and figures reported in the manuscript.
