Dynamics of antibiotic and antibiotic resistance genes during spectinomycin mycelia dregs fermenting

Antibiotic resistance has become the safety issue threatening modern healthcare worldwide. Especially antibiotic mycelia dregs (AMD) in industrial production, which has large yield, high moisture content and residual antibiotics, have been listed as hazardous waste. For find the green and efficient AMD treatment method to reduce the environmental pollution, the dynamic changes of antibiotic and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) were explored by different disposal treatments during the fermentation process of spectinomycin mycelia dregs (SMD), applying integrated-omics, and quantitative PCR approachs.
