In vivo 250 um isotropic COSMOS dataset at 7T

This dataset contains an in vivo 250 um isotropic COSMOS QSM dataset acquired at 7T. Data acquisition was performed at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. The raw BIDS folder contains GRE magnitude images acquired at three head orientations. The derivatives folder contains orientation-specific R2* maps, a 3-orientation COSMOS susceptibility map, and a brain mask. Data summary: - Institution: Athinoula A.
