3.23 Right of Way Landscape Maintenance

The majority of landscape material includes drought-tolerant trees, shrubbery, ancillary plant materials and vegetation, decorative walls, designer rock, stone or other hardened materials and irrigation systems. These are used to define the City’s image and character, and to assist in the reduction of air and noise pollution as well as heat radiation.
