Supporting data for 'Aromatic and arginine content drives multiphasic condensation of protein-RNA mixtures' (2023)

This file is part of the supporting data for the manuscript 'Aromatic and arginine content drives multiphasic condensation of protein-RNA mixtures', and contains the data used to plot the figures and the full sequence populations from the genetic-algorithm runs presented in the main text. An example LAMMPS input script (with pair parameters for the Mpipi coarse-grained model) used in this work and an example input configuration for a multilayered system containing poly-arginine, poly-lysine and poly-uracil are also included. The structure and contents of this file are outlined in the README file in the root directory.
