RNA sequencing of kidney tissues was performed to investigate the mechanism of 7-Hydroxycoumarin attenuates colistin-induced kidney injury in mice This study aimed to investigates the renoprotective effect of 7-Hydroxycoumarin (7-HC) against colisitn-induced kidney injury. Mice were randomly divided into four groups: saline solution (con group); 7-HC administered at 50 mg/kg of body weight/day (7-HC group); colistin at 15 mg/kg/day (col group); colistin at 15 mg/kg/day plus 7-HC at 50mg/kg/day (col+7-HC group). All mice were treated for 7 consecutive days, kidney tissued were collected and used to RNA sequencing.
