Side-Channel Analysis Traces for SKINNY

Provided are both profiling and attack traces for two implementations of SKINNY recorded on a ChipWhisperer-Lite with an STM32F303 target board. The cipher implementations are available at https://github.com/Simula-UiB/CGI-DPA, as is the code to collect the traces in a .csv format. The conversion script to .hdf5 is available at https://github.com/Simula-UiB/SKINNY-LFGI.

The files with no suffix in the name contain traces of the first few rounds of an implementation with a circuit-based S-box, while the files suffixed "lut" use a look-up table S-box. The files suffixed "end" contain the last few rounds from the same implementations with the same input data. The rest of the filename is tweakeys as hex values separated by a dash. The files with only two tweakeys are profiling traces, as the third tweakey varies from trace to trace. Conversely, the files with three tweakeys are the attack traces.
