Brazilian tegumentary leishmaniasis archived surveillance-model output audit data and code, 2007–2021

Journal-neutral derived and de-identified municipality-month data, archived model-evaluation tables, deterministic surveillance-readiness audit code, and figure source data for Brazilian tegumentary leishmaniasis, 2007–2021. The retained materials reproduce burden-coverage, Kitagawa decomposition, current-month availability, descriptive year-block resampling, historical-geography, calibration-table, and figure analyses. An audit of repository versions 1.1.0 through 1.4.3 did not locate the executable training pipeline, fitted coefficients, exact lagged row masks, or row-level predictions for the historical v0.37 performance summaries; those summaries are therefore supported at aggregate-output level by the current archive. The archive does not redistribute identifiable individual-level records and does not establish causal environmental or social effects.
