This project investigates the transcriptomic changes in the white-backed planthopper (Sogatella furcifera), a major agricultural pest, following RNA interference (RNAi) of two nuclear receptor genes, SfEG and SfHR51. The study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the roles of these genes in development, reproduction, or other physiological processes.
