This dataset, named *Quantum Computing Dataset of the Maximum Independent Set Problem on King’s Lattice with Over One Hundred Rydberg Atoms*, was constructed by research teams from the Department of Physics of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and the Department of Physics of Korea University. It contains 582,916 Rydberg atom measurement events, which are used to solve the maximum independent set (MIS) problem for up to 141 atoms on a King’s lattice. The dataset includes raw image data, binary decision results of many-body ground states, and classified graph data. During its development, optical tweezer arrays were utilized to randomly load atoms, and quantum adiabatic computing programming was adopted to address the MIS problem. This dataset is primarily applied to the analysis of quantum computing behaviors, the exploration of quantum phase transitions, and the benchmark testing of Rydberg atom-based methods for optimization problems.
