To investigate the impact of the Card11 on Tex cell differentiation, we isolated Tex cells from tumors of both WT mice and K215M mice and performed genomic library construction and ATAC-seq. Concurrently, Tprime cells from the tumors of WT mice were also sorted out to serve as controls. ATAC seq of Tex from WT and Card11 mutant mice (K215M)
