Seed germination, viability, and functional traits of plant species dispersed by common palm civets (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus)

This repository contains the data and analytical code supporting the manuscript entitled "Seed fate after endozoochory by common palm civets varies among species and seed traits". The CSV file contains species-level data on seed germination, viability, seed source (fresh or fecal), and seed traits used in the analyses. The accompanying R script contains the code used for statistical analyses and figure generation reported in the manuscript. These data were used to examine variation in post-dispersal seed fate following common palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) endozoochory and to evaluate associations between seed traits and germination responses after digestive passage.
