Transcriptome analysis of Aoham4 and Aoham8 in nematode-trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora

Transcriptomic analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes in the absence of Aoham4 and Aoham8 were involved in carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, transport and catabolism, energy metabolism, and translation. Overall design: Examination of differential genes in the WT, ?Aoham4 and ?Aoham8 mutant strains and prediction of multiple cytological processes that may affect trap formation in Arthrobotrys oligospora.
