Single-cell RNA-seq, TCR, and BCR data from chemotherapy-treated advanced PDAC patients

This dataset comprises processed single-cell transcriptomic and TCR/BCR data from a pancreatic cancer cohort treated with first-line AG chemotherapy. The included files consist of Cell Ranger–processed gene expression matrices and the corresponding filtered contig files for TCR and BCR profiling. The dataset is made available solely for academic research purposes, and commercial use is prohibited.
