Objective to investigate the bacterial colonization of the early newborn respiratory tract infected with group B streptococcus. Methods Full-term neonates who were born in Zhongda Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were enrolled,divided into GBS group normal group. The 16S rRNA sequencing technique was used to analyze the pharyngeal swab samples collected on the first day of birth, and the composition and pharyngeal microbiota were analyzed and compared.
