In this study, we investigated the ecological resistance, network complexity, and network stability of AM fungal communities at both scales: the whole plant community (soil and mixed roots) and individual plant species (Carex moorcroftii, Kobresia pygmaea, and Kobresia humilis in the original patch; Heteropappus hispidus, Lancea tibetica, and Potentilla bifurca in the degraded patch). We employed 18S rRNA gene metabarcoding to characterize AM fungal communities .
