Research Data for "An alternative analysis of contrast-variation neutron scattering data of casein micelles in semi-deuterated milk" (European Physical Journal E)

SANS data used for the analysis in this paper.

Original data were published as the FM_s1 set in "Structural heterogeneity of milk casein micelles: a SANS contrast variation study" by Antoine Bouchoux et al. (Soft Matter, 2015, 11, 389-399)

Data were extracted from the figures in this paper using the macOS application GraphClick. The Guinier approximation was then used to rescale the data to the I(Q=0) given in this paper.

The files in this data set are two column *.csv files of Q (in Å–1) and I(Q) (in cm–1). The file names show the proportion of D2O in the solvent.
