Supporting Data and Reproducibility Materials for "A Protocol-Aware Evaluation of Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition on BAVED"

This record contains the minimal dataset and reproducibility materials underlying the findings reported in “A Protocol-Aware Evaluation of Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition on BAVED.” The deposited package includes the exact train, validation, and test assignments for evaluation protocols P1–P4; complete per-seed and per-fold evaluation results for MelCNN, SSL-frozen, and Transformer-features; confusion matrices; aggregate summaries; statistical and embedding-space analysis outputs; experiment configurations; software dependencies; and supporting source code. The original BAVED audio recordings are not redistributed in this record. They are publicly available from Kaggle at https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/a13x10/basic-arabic-vocal-emotions-dataset.
