资源简介:
This project aimed to compare the bacterial community associated with zebrafish larvae that were raised using two different microbial colonization methods. The first method obtains 'conventiontionally-raised' (CONR) larvae. For this method, larvae were raised following standard protocols (http://zfin.org). The second method derives 'conventionalized' (CONV) larvae. For this method, zebrafish embryos were sterilized at 6 hours post-fertilization, and were recolonized immediately thereafter by placing the embryos in egg water from CONR larvae. The full procedure has been published in Nanotoxicology (Brinkmann et al., 2020, DOI: 10.1080/17435390.2020.1755469). Assigned taxa for each of the project's BioSamples can be accessed via Zenodo (Brinkmann, 2022; DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.6891712).
