Napa Valley Vineyard Soil Sampling

This sequencing data was generated to study the microorganism in vineyard and natural soils from within the Napa Valley region of California. Our study aims to describe the microbial communities in these soil environments, determine how proximity to vineyards can affect microbial communities in soils, and to make predictions about the organisms responsible for sulfate reduction and mercury methylation.
