Lung single cell RNA sequencing of hepatic Bmal1 and Hif1adeficient mice

Previous bulk-RNA sequencing suggested changes in gene expression of BHLKO lungs versus AlbCRE lungs. Here we carried out scRNAseq on lungs collected from BHLKO (3M) and ALbCre (control) (3M) in order to identify gene expression changes at a cell specific level. Overall design: 3 whole lungs from BHLKO and 3 whole lungs from AlbCRE mice were taken at ZT4 and dissocaited into single cell suspenssion. The 6 samples were analyzed with single RNAseq
