Spectral Analysis of Minerals with Handheld LIBS Technology

These datasets consist of pure mineral spectra acquired using a handheld LIBS analyzer. Mineral samples of various species, including silicates, carbonates, oxides, sulfides, and native elements, were analyzed between 2021 and 2023 as part of three research projects: NEXT project, Labex Ressources 21, and ARTeMIS ERASMUS+ project. The accompanying metadata file includes details such as sample ID, mineral type, chemical formula, sourcing location, sample type, matrix, analysis points, number of spectra obtained, and acquisition parameters.
