资源简介:
This dataset comprises an analysis of BTLA signaling in wild-type mouse T cells or B cells. These purified CD4+ T cells or purified B cells were stimulataed through their antigen receptors and/or Interferon receptor and costimulated with anti-BTLA mAb that activates BTLA signaling. High throughput sequencing was performed on the RNA purified from stimulated populations to characterize how BTLA signaling regulates antigen receptor and type I interferon receptor signaling in T cells and B cells. Overall design: One set of animals was not immunized and a second group was immunized with MOG peptide. B cells and CD4+ T cells were isolated from each of these groups. CD4+ T cells were either not stimulated or were stimulated with anti-CD3. B cells were either not stimulated or were stimulated with anti-TgM/G. Anti-CD3 stimulated CD4+ T cells or anti-IgM/G stimulated B cells were further treated with nothing, IFNb, anti-Btla, or both IFNb and anti-Btla. RNA was harvested from each of these groups for RNAseq analysis.
