Whole-genome marker profiles for bread wheat intro-selection lines

A total of 11 x BC2F4:F5 bread wheat intro-selection lines were generated in each of four genetic backgrounds (i.e. Borlaug100, Kingbird, Mace and Suntop). 42 of the intro-selection lines and 4 recurrent parents were genotyped using the Diversity Array Technology platform. The folder contains whole genome SNP data. The SNPs were aligned the Wheat_ChineseSpring21 reference genome. The folder also contains root traits (best linear unbiased estimates; BLUEs) for all intro-selection lines and parents measured in experiments performed under controlled environment conditions at The University of Queensland, including seminal root angle and root biomass.
