Klebsiella pneumoniae strain:KPNW | isolate:KPNW Genome sequencing

Klebsiella pneumoniae is a common human pathogen. Resistance to multiple antimicrobial agents is regularly found in K. pneumoniae. In this project we report a pan-drug resistant isolate of K. pneumoniae, KPNW. The goal of this project is to obtain the whole genome sequence of this isolate and characterize its antimicrobial resistance genes and other significant genes.
