The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite panel (10)， in particular intended for aircraft or nautical furniture， said composite panel (10) comprising a central core (11) formed of a heart (12) of the type structured low density material coated on its two faces with at least one layer (13) of resin prepreg material， at least one of the faces of said panel (10) being covered with a cladding (14)， said process comprising the following two manufacturing steps: baking said plating (14) with a film of glue (15)， said film (15) of glue sticking to one of the faces of said plating (14); and baking said plating (14) and the adhesive film (15) on said at least one layer (13) of resin prepreg material. The present invention also relates to a composite panel (10) obtained by said method.
