Multianalyte profiling [Inferential stats]

This study reports a comparative assessment of the biological impact of a heated tobacco aerosol from the tobacco heating system (THS) 2.2 and smoke from a combustible 3R4F cigarette on human organotypic nasal epithelium tissue exposed at the air-liquid interface.
The concentrations of cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors were measured in the basolateral media of the bronchial tissue cultures at various time-points after exposure (as a cross sectional sampling).
This dataset reports inferential statistics for each type of measurement comparing treatment groups vs. their respective controls, but also differences between different treatment (normalized to their respective control groups).
