The data include the land benchmarks of the canton of Bern per municipality or municipalities. The land benchmarks are a computational starting point for the determination of official values (asset tax) of unsurprised land in the construction zone. They are the result of statistical evaluations of corresponding hand-change prices in the design period. Direct conclusions from the land benchmark to the actual land prices in the municipality are not possible.
